The Leakage Tester uses vacuum technology to check packages for leaks by submerging solid packages or testing liquid packages in dry conditions. The deluxe digital model (DLX) is fully automatic with a control panel, electronic valves, and a microprocessor-based controller and indicator that controls the vacuum generation and displays measurements. It requires compressed air input and has interchangeable vacuum chambers of various materials, shapes, and sizes.

Leakage Tester
The Leakage Tester is used to check a package for leakage / capillary defects / pin holes.
- Solid Filled / Air Filled packages are tested while submerged in water.
- Liquid Product Filled packages are tested in dry condition (without water).
The below models run on an Air operated Vacuum Generator. (Noise & Maintenance Free)
These Vacuum Generators require atleast 3.5 Kg/cm2 air pressure (to generate a vacuum of 680 mm of hg)
They also consume 44 - 66 L of air per minute of operation / vacuum generation.
