• A feeling of power and prestige.
Being a leader automatically grants you power.
• A chance to help other.
A leader work with team and teach them job
skills and understands their personal
problems.
• Good opportunity for advancement.
• Opportunity to control money and resources.
A leader is always in a position of helping to
prepare a department budget and authorize
expenses.
High income.
Generally leaders receives higher salary than
team member
DISSATISFACTION AND FRUSTRATION
BEING A LEADER
• Too much uncompensated overtime.
People in leadership job are expected to work
longer hour than other employee.
Not Enough authority to carry out
responsibility.
As a leader you might be expected to work
with an ill-performing team member, yet u
lack the power to fire them.
• Loneliness.
In leadership its uncomfortable to share
any negative thing about any employee.
• Too much organizational politics.
People at all levels of the organization must
assume that leader is known to any
uncertainty happens.

• THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SATISFACTIOPN AND
FRUSTRATION ARE BEING A LEADER ARE:
