The 3rd project meeting of the LittleBigEntrepreneurs Erasmus+ project discussed progress updates, feedback on draft materials, and next steps. Key topics included: receiving feedback on the initial game design document; reviewing dissemination activities and preparing action plans; discussing financial and narrative reporting templates and deadlines; and evaluating quality tools and plans while scheduling the next meeting and a potential in-person meeting. The partners agreed to provide comments on draft materials and reports by specified dates to keep the project on track during its approximate two month delay.
The project aims through the creation of transnational partnerships to develop training product with innovative multimedia modules to meet the identified needs of the European construction sector of green skills of low-qualified workers and young people who have a choice of profession. The project team will study and analyze the existing trainings in the field of energy-efficient construction in partner countries it takes the identified needs of the European construction sector, into account , and it will develop, test and validate the modules for continuing professional education, in the field of green construction.

Ad1) Overview of TO-DOs and activities after the last meeting
Nada gave welcome to all participants and did the summary of the activities done, some of them will
be discussed also further on.
Ad2a) Discussion on the game IO1
Goncalo presented the concept of the game, the content and the way of delivery. Partner gave the
first feedback, which is in general very positive, the role of the teachers will be very important. PPT
are available in Trello (IO1 – game). The comments of partners are expected until 8 May, post it in
Trello.
Ad2b) Discussion on dissemination & sustainability of the project
Valerij presented the activities (and indicators) regarding the dissemination and sustainability. It
was discussed that more activities will be in the second half of the project, now partners have to
post info related with the project topic. The Valeri’s document is in Trello (meeting 3). Partners
have to prepare the action plan on dissemination and sustainability until 6th
June 2021.
All partners has to be active, app 2 posts every month, LIKEs are encouraged. Posts could be in
ENG and in national languages. For the evidences and documentation, we will use a
dissemination tool. Follow the EACEA rules on visibility and use the LBE logo, follow
https://littlebigentrepreneurs.eu/.
Ad3) Financial reporting – intermediate report
Marko presented the template for financial report and the needed supporting documents. He
presented also the content for the narrative report – which is a management tool; in Word format
and in e-version. The e-version will be developed further on and will be available the latest on 5th
May. Partners need to prepare the report (financial – costs until 30 April and narrative) until 20
May.
Ad4) Quality plan and tools
CDPE presented the Quality plan and the evaluation tools (events, products, process) – the
document was already in Trello. Partners are asked to give the feedback and comments until 8th
May.
CDPE and ISSOB will have one additional meeting 27 or 28 April to discuss the division of work on
the QA and to send out the evaluation of the meeting (all participants) and process evaluation (to
be filled on the partner level).
Ad5) Management, revised plan and next meetings
The activities are in app 2 month of delay, it is expected that this will not affect the project
implementation.
Next meeting will be around 10 June – on line (availability will be checked via doodle), to discuss:
QA, Action plan on dissemination, game development, meeting F2F in Greece/program and
logistics.
We plan (if health situation will allow) the meeting in Greece, as hybrid model (F2F and on-line),
last week of July – CDPE and ISSBS will prepare a program in a few weeks.
