1) A teacher training event was held in January 2023 to train 7 educators from 3 participating schools on a digital game created by the LBE team. 2) The training was prepared by the Education Coordinators and covered key concepts like design thinking and presented the digital game, lesson plan, and evaluation questionnaire. 3) Meetings were held in December by the LBE team to test the digital game, evaluate it, discuss next steps, and plan the teacher training event.

1. LBE
CDPE: Teacher Training
LBE Teacher Training took place in January 2023. It involved 7 educators from the 3 participating
schools of our project. The training was prepared under the educational guidance of our
Education Coordinators (Athina Doulia & Hara Andreadou). Our LBE team met prior the training
in order to be informed about it and also make sure of its content and preparation.

3. 20th December 2022
Our LBE team met to test the digital game,
gave short evaluations, discussed steps forward and planned the time and place for the
teacher training event. In the meeting CDPE director, Education Coordinators and the
majority of LBE team members attended on the 20th December 2022.

5. 17th January 2023
The teacher training event took place at the premises of the 11th Primary School of
Chania. Educators from the three participating schools of the programme were
informed by the Education Coordinators and Giota about the digital game on the
17th January 2023. The key concepts of design thinking were reintroduced and
explained, then the game was presented along with the lesson plan, game manual
and the evaluation questionnaire.
