CSR replaced CHRIS and WEBCHRIS with the latest HR/Payroll version of SAP, their ERP system. The new
integrated and fully supported environment included the Netweaver/Web Dynpro platforms to
significantly enhance the look and feel of the Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS)
functionality.
• Developed and implemented training programs and facilitated the awareness of ESS/MSS through
communications to internal/external client/stakeholders.
• Maintained & monitored milestones, issues & risks and provided weekly report to PMO and the
steering Committee as well as handled HR related tasks such as, payroll, time management of staff &
established an effective training platform for future needs.

five warehouses consolidated into one Distribution Centre (DC). Total staff involved was around 1,000.
• Facilitated a smooth relocation, especially in areas of business change affecting the DC. Developed
and executed change management and communication strategies and plans.
• Monitored the effectiveness of stakeholder and champion management through formal and
informal mechanisms also worked together with the HR to confirm cultural impacts and policy
compliance.
HAWKER PACIFIC, NSW, Australia Feb 07 – Sept 07
Change & Training Manager
HP is a global aircraft and aviation equipment sales & product-support Company with operations and
facilities throughout Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific & Middle East. The company is a master
dealer for Raytheon Aircraft, Representative for Bell Helicopters & Bell Agusta Aerospace and a primary
supplier to various defence forces. They installed an ERP package from IFS to handle MRO (Maintenance,
Repair, Overhaul)) of equipment, engines, avionics etc. Modules included were: Sales, Distribution,
Operations, Financials and HR. The objective was to replace legacy systems, integrate core business
processes and provide a new platform for future growth.
• Formulated the business for implementations in New Zealand, Singapore and various locations in
Australia by managing the training and change management. Total users ±550.
CATERPILLAR OF AUSTRALIA, Melbourne, Sydney Australia May 06 – Oct 06
Change Manager
Drove & was solely responsible for all aspects of CM to help Business Owners & End Users become ready,
motivated and able to accept new business processes and SAP. This was the Australia roll-out of an Asia
Pacific initiative, run from Singapore by Accenture.
• Developed and maintained the suitable plans, liaised with staff at all levels, ran focus group sessions
and undertook training needs analysis, impact assessment and readiness surveys.

• Delivered an effective and immediate training solution for Speedo (part of the Pentland Group),
based in Nottingham (also offices in APAC, Germany, Sweden and London), 3 months before
projected go-live.
• AFS (Apparel Footwear Solution) & PLM were implemented and SAP areas of Finance, Sales &
Logistics.
• Directed all aspects of the training rollout and task planning, resourcing, scheduling, analysis.
• Conducted a review & established a successful model for future group roll-out.

A major US FMCG company wanted to establish in Europe in 2005 and implement SAP, as they have in
other countries. Contacted by UK marketing/PR consultant to devise a strategy and proposal for
implementing R/3.
• Investigated, analysed and addressed an overall outline plan, and highlighted three main areas
which included general approach and proposed project phases; timeframes, including critical paths
and interdependencies; resources planning (external/internal) & assumptions; initial
costings/budgets for equipment, consultants and management fees.
TRANSPORT FOR LONDON (TFL), London, UK Mar 04 – Aug 04
Interim Manager: Training, Business Support, & SAP Service Management Centre (SMC)
TfL includes London Underground, Buses, Taxis, River Boats and DLR. My focus was to provide a stable
user-environment for handover to permanent employees.
• Trained 100-150 users per week and made them a valuable member of the organization.
• Manager of a SAP Support team, directed around 8,500 SAP users. Reporting around 50 personnel.
• Deployed HR T&EM for internal use and established a communications initiative using the intranet
& weekly bulletins. Resolved SAP user issues by setting up a Business Support Team.

Training/Change Consultant (SAP)
Enterasys (formerly Cabletron) provide network components via a global distributor network.
• Directed a study of the entire supply chain, including Business Processes and Blue Print documents.

• Contacted with vendors (most supplying off-shore platforms) and run as-is & to-be workshops.

• Successfully set up this initiative and performed handover. In a true “win-win”, all parties realised
