The participants get to be surrounded by positive emotions and
build positive perspective to future. The goal is to see the future
more bright and to see the good things in ones past.
In practice:
1.Take 5 emotions from your past that have helped you to cope
and survive. Place these behind you in a half-circle.
2.Take 5 emotions that you want to feel more often. Place these
in front of you in a half-circle
Discussion:
•How does it feel to be inside
the empowering circle?
•On what situations have you
had the positive emotions
from your past?
•Tell us something about the
emotions you want to feel
more often.
•Can you make a concrete
plan to have positive
emotions daily?
•Discuss of the plans for
future.
