14. A Wear layer: This easy-to-clean surface contains aluminum tri-
oxide which protects the floor from stains, fading and wear.
B Image design layer: A photographic image of wood, stone, or
virtually anything you can imagine.
C Inner core layer: The core provides the floor's structural
strength and stability. It is made from High Density Fiberboard (HDF).
The core is often impregnated with a plastic resin called melamine to
increase the floor's strength, stability and resistance to moisture.
Products that have high levels of melamine do not require acclimation
before installation.
D Backing layer: Found beneath the inner core, the backing is
made with resin saturated paper. It creates a moisture barrier that
protects the floor from warping.

31. "TAP&GO" locking system means much more durable
The special thin groove for "TAP&GO" floor is made by Nano
technology, which enables the HDF to shrink and expand with good elasticity.
"TAP&GO" requires the raw material of HDF to be of higher quality (Raw
material with lower quality cannot be profiled into "TAP&GO" click.); The
advanced production procedure decides the long lifetime, high durability and
the better guarantee of flooring with "TAP&GO" locking system.
"TAP&GO" locking system means economy
Comparing with traditional click system, "TAP&GO" is much easier to
install, it takes less tools, less cost & labour, less cutting which leads to lesser
wastage and more economical floor.

33. The Tap&Go locking laminate flooring has considerable advantages over
other installation methods, because it is simply installed by vertically
tapping-in the edges of the planks instead of the instead of the typical
angle-to-angle-snap methods that are more ergonomically difficult.
This globally patented technology provides an innovative hook joint
structure which locks the long and the short edges of the planks
simultaneously, on all four sides
This result in a solid and durable installation that eliminates separation
problems with the installed planks, and ensures tighter fitting . Also, this
vertical tapping technique saves considerable installation time and labour
cost.
To ensure that the edges of the planks will not be damaged during
installation, the HDF core of the Tap&Go planks is exceptionally
strong, thus ensuring the quality and integrity of the floor.

34. Tap&Go is installed as a glueless floating floor, normally placed over a
foam and plastic underlayer on top of the substrate. The following
photographs show the up hook and low hook of the finished
planks, together with a close-up of the positioning of the
planks before tapping home.

35. Regarding the installation, we think it is
very necessary to make a good preparation
1. Before installation, it is very important to keep the concrete floor in a level.
2. Before installation, put the underlayment's firstly, this is also important.
3.When you taping the flooring, it is rubber hammer, not plastic hammer.

36. After you finished the preparation , you can start to install the tap&go click system ,
For the long-side ,please see below pictures

37. Make sure that the Position UP HOOK into LOW HOOK in the long side,
Then you can tapping it long side from 1 to 3 as follows
