I lead the global development, implementation, maintenance and compliance of over
200 business continuity plans (BCPs) to ensure continuation of critical business
functions in the event of disaster or disruption. I develop emergency operations center
(EOC) capabilities for 150 team members through creation and delivery of training
exercises and administer EOC tool, process, and staffing changes. I engage BCP and
EOC participants at all levels of the business and promote employee awareness of
emergency preparedness and response. I maintain the Crisis Management & Business
Continuity program website and administer, test and operate the enterprise
emergency notification system.
