This document discusses values and professional ethics from a holistic perspective. It covers several topics: 1. Values are a natural outcome of understanding and realization, and should not be imposed through fear or greed. Values include utility value and artistic value relating to human interaction with the physical world. 2. Ethical conduct is defined by values, policies that enrich the mind, body and wealth, and characteristics like chastity, rightful production and utilization of resources, and humane behavior. 3. A holistic alternative is proposed which incorporates humanistic education integrating values and skills, a humanistic constitution providing policy guidelines, and a universal human order organized from families to a world family.
