Operation:
• Time-position-speed-vehicle odometer event reports on a polled basis by server
and/or on a continuous report frequency basis. The report frequency is remotely
managed by the server.
• Geo-fence/geo-zone and event alerts configured by system administrator, such
as entry/exit of specific job sites, departure from assigned work areas, speeding,
excess idling, and other location and time triggered events are continuously
monitored and reported.
• All data will be reported with time stamps and odometer readings.
• Onboard computer supports configurable sleet mode operation that eliminates
any wasteful cellular network and vehicle power usage when vehicles are
parked. Daily reports can be programmable to check and ensure vehicles that
are parked for a long period of time.
• Cellular wireless communication management automatically stores event reports
when vehicle is out of coverage and forwards to service when wireless service is

Sample Driver and Vehicle Status on Map Display
• Map based operative and vehicle status that provides detailed operative-vehicle
pairing, vehicle location by address and work locations, vehicle motion/stop
status, and any outstanding alert conditions requiring immediate action.
• Alert conditions are displayed on map and status detail tables and optionally
forwarded to emails, cell phones and customer’s enterprise management
positions for any required actions.
• Daily history of actual job sequence, routes, and work locations with time stamps
are displayed on map. This can be integrated and compared in real-time with
customer’s dispatched jobs to provide dispatchers a complete view of all
operative status in case of emergency assignments or need for re-assignments.
• Dispatchers can poll locations and job status information of closest worker(s) to a
selected customer site or an address for dispatching of emergency tasks.

systems, dispatched job sites and assigned routes can be geo-fenced to provide

• Mobile worker and vehicle reports can be accessed online any time or via
scheduled email delivery to selected email addresses.
• All LVM data, such as address locations and vehicle odometer, are fully available
and integrated with other KonaWare provided LVM feature modules such as
Hour-of-Service electronic log, Vehicle Management, and other feature modules.
• System access, authentication, and user functional and management privileges
can be readily integrated with corporate enterprise systems such as LDAP.
Reports:
Reports are historical data that can be access online or delivered to selected users on a
schedule basis. They cover all LVM tracked telematic events, trip and job activities, and
alerts, and are organized and processed to provide management information of their
business operations. LVM reports can be fully integrated with customer’s internal
business applications to provide complete planned against actual performance data.
• Worker reports include:
o Driving report that details daily mileage, driving time, average speed, and
driving segments by time and location.
o Job stop and break stop reports that detail daily stops by time, stop
duration, stop location and job sites by geo-fenced types defined by
system administrators.
o Worker activity planned versus actual summary report that provide
planned number of jobs, job time, work hour, daily miles compared
against actual job time, jobs performed, work hours, actual miles driven
and variances between planned and actuals on a group basis. This report
enables the manager to evaluate performance and productivity on a
group of drivers who share similar tasks and operations.
o Driving behavior report that summarizes and details vehicle idling,
speeding, hard braking, and rapid acceleration incidents by date-time,
locations and incident specific details such as actual speeds.
• Vehicle reports include:
o Vehicle usage report that summarizes and details vehicle usage by total
miles, average miles per day, average speed, idling time and incidents.
o Vehicle performance report that summarizes and details fuel usage by
driving, idling and vehicle power attachment (PTO) fuel usage, and fuel
