Keolis, an international leader in public transportation, has implemented an online collaboration initiative driven by a knowledge management program to enhance operational efficiency and sharing of best practices. This initiative has resulted in the establishment of over 100 communities with more than 5,000 members, allowing for improved collaboration across various functions and positive feedback from users regarding the value added to their work. Moving forward, Keolis plans to merge its collaboration tools into 'keosphere' and continue focusing on enhancing collaborative working and knowledge sharing.
