Keolis tramway expertise: Making cities more attractive places to live and workKeolis
Keolis is the world’s leading tram operator, at the forefront of light rail network operations for over 40 years. Today we are bringing that knowledge to seven countries on three continents, operating and maintaining more kilometres of tram network, and carrying more passengers, than any other company. We share our experience with public transport authorities and partners to deliver industry-leading standards of safety, punctuality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
For Keolis, being a pioneer in shared mobility means, considering all passengers as individuals so that every one of their journeys is a unique and enjoyable experience, in line with their needs and expectations.
It is collaborating with each public transport authority and local stakeholders to develop tailored solutions which help to strengthen the attractiveness and vitality of their community over the long term.
It is Connecting our longstanding expertise as an operator of all forms of collective transport, to new forms of mobility, including light modes, in order to create seamless and attractive multimodal networks.
Our annual report gathers key features, locations, highlights, governance, commitments, interviews and focus on our expertises and references.
Keolis mass transit solutions to support global citiesKeolis
In densely populated areas, mass transit systems are the only solutions that provide the necessary capacity, frequency and fluidity to handle this urban growth and at the same time meet today's environmental challenges.
Among the world’s most experienced mass transit operators, Keolis and SNCF partner with Public Transport Authorities to effectively support the development of the cities of the future by leveraging its broad operational expertise.
For Keolis, our public service mission means serving all citizens and ensuring everyone has equal access to our networks. This ambition forms a central part of our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments, and this engagement compels us to reinvent public transport to ensure all vulnerabilities, whether permanent or temporary, are taken into account.
To meet this challenge, we place universal accessibility at the heart of everything we do. We design transport offers and solutions that meet the mobility needs of every passenger, and work continuously with local authorities to achieve one fundamental objective: to help everyone get around, every day.

Helping drive the modal shift from private cars to public transport is the most significant thing that Keolis can do to combat climate change.
To achieve this, we are innovating every day so that we can offer attractive and accessible mobility solutions that improve quality of life for our passengers and respect the environment and encompasses all aspects of corporate social responsibility in our continuous improvement programme, which involves all of our 58,300 employees in 16 countries.

Autonomous vehicles constitute a technological revolution, taking urban mobility to a new level. Used to supplement traditional
transport modes, autonomous vehicles offer a mobility solution that is accessible, environmentally friendly, flexible and cost-efficient.
Keolis has pioneered the first successful trials of driverless vehicles for public transport and is focused on the seamless integration of autonomous mobility into existing transport networks.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.
Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).
