- 2. Operations For pure milk of cow At Farms Cows are given RO water Fodder which is provided to them is the healthiest Fodder DHN6 It is grown in the farms of Farmer itself They are regularly Vaccinated They are not tied but allowed to Roam about freely in the farm itself

At Farmers Initially tie up are made with the Farmers on the Partnership basis They have to compulsorily use RO water and Milking Machines for the Cows They have follow proper standards set by the company for treating of cows In turn they will be getting higher premium from company as compared to rest of them Then they have take milk to the plant within one hour Regular check up are made by various veterinary doctors in order to check health of cows as well the hygiene conditions of the farm

At Plant Milk is passed through various tests in before accepting it from the farmers It if matches to standards set by the company then only it is accepted farmers After which it is passed through the through two process namely homogenization and pasteurization 1) Homogenization Here the milk is stirred enough so that fat molecules are broken enough to have equal taste of milk through out the milk 2) Pasteurization Here the milk is chilled at -4 degree Celsius temperature in order to kill the bacteria and the it is boiled at 75 degree Celsius temperature

Problem: Initially curd was not made from the milk enough it had enough fat content Solution: It was mainly due to the friction produced between the flow of milk and the steel body of pipes when milk flows in the pipes during both the above mentioned process As a part of solution Initially water was passed and then the milk was allowed to flow so that milk flows smoothly through the pipes. Output Curd was now made easily from milk.
