Please accept the following letter of recommendation for Mr. Morgan Kimbarow. I have had the
pleasure of working with Mr. Kimbarow at Roosevelt Middle School (RMS) during the 2014-15
school year where he worked as a Special Education Instructional Assistant.
As an Instructional Assistant, Mr. Kimbarow became an important part of our Special
Education department at RMS. He worked in a variety of capacities, including supporting
students with special needs in our severely handicapped program for half the day and also
worked directly with a student who required a One on One Assistant in his general education
classrooms. In both capacities, Mr. Kimbarow demonstrated flexibility, organization, and
creativity in planning and leading activities to develop his students' physical, emotional and
social growth. In the Severely Handicapped classroom Mr. Kimbarow assisted in
supervising snack time and indoor and outdoor play. On each occasion I observed Mr.
Kimbarow in this setting he was engaged in supporting his students, focused on providing
them the best support possible, and constantly seeking ways to make their school experience
meaningful and supportive of their academic, social, and emotional growth. In the general
education classes he serviced, Mr. Kimbarow went above and beyond not only to support his
assigned student, but to provide instruction to small groups of students in concepts such as
algebra, grammar, syntax, and history. In this setting he demonstrated flexibility and a
willingness to go above and beyond to do whatever it took to support all students and the
teachers he worked with.
I recommend Mr. Kimbarrow for employment with your organization without reservation.
Thanks to his calm demeanor, flexible, can-do attitude and care and concern for others he will be
a great asset to any organization. He has demonstrated all of these outstanding qualities during
his time at RMS, has a positive, professional attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Please feel
