This document lists 18 projects for a MECOP internship at Daimler Trucks North America. The projects include creating a budget tracker and AutoCAD layout for moving an axle plant, developing 3D CAD models of various truck parts, analyzing vehicle identification number application processes, developing manufacturing plant layouts, resolving issues with part mounting brackets, and organizing equipment and documentation for production lines. The last project involves organizing and leading a company tour for other MECOP interns.

in preparation for the 2017 Western Star Phantom
17. Build Books for Pre-series: Organize each piece of equipment/parts of a semi-truck per
work station to identify how the equipment/parts will get from the material supplier to the
correct shop floor location. Also associated a torque value to each equipment/part and
printed out all installation drawings to take a physical book of every piece of
equipment/part to the shop floor to use as a reference during pre-series.
