Planning experience and responsibilities

A- programmer experience:
 maintains the cmms date base in respect to each event which modifies the existing
situation (construction of a new plant, modification or revamping of existing plants,
adoption of new equipment models, ect.); in particular:
- Creates the plant record data;
- Creates the ism record data;
- Determines the spare parts to be kept on stock for
- Maintenance requirements of the new ism and creates the relevant bills of
materials.
 keeps the cmms data base constantly updated, according to the preventive maintenance
criteria
- Creates the p.m. Work order and obtaining
- The consequent cost estimation
- Submits the p.m. Work orders to approval.
 determines the contents of technical reports and takes action for obtaining them through
cmms.
 assists maintenance planners in carrying out their duties, in particular for:
-planning particularly complex work both for corrective maintenance or other .
-determining the priority of execution for complex
or important work
B- maintenance planner experience :
 carry out and coordinate the planning and follow-up of maintenance activities, from the
moment a maintenance requirement is made evident and approved up to the execution of the
relevant work.
**responsible for the analysis of feedback and for obtaining from cmms the management and
technical reports necessary both efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities.
I carried out the following routinely operations:
 analyses the work requests (maintenance notifications) relevant the different maintenance
typologies ( co, pd, mm, ex, tp) and gathers them under work orders according to logical
criteria (ism, priority, ect.)
 plan work orders by structuring the works to be carried out, determining the necessary
resources and obtaining the consequent costs;
 submits work orders to technical and economic approval, according to maintenance
procedures;
 generates through cmms data base, the preventive maintenance work orders to be executed
in the period under consideration and customizes them for the ism of destination;
 prepares the preliminary work plan, which will be approved;
 prepares the preliminary work plan, to the pertaining discipline mgrs.and agrees with them the
execution of works,.
 schedules works, according to the results of the approved work plan;
 ensures the follow-up of works during their execution, through contacts with discipline mgrs.
And craft mgrs., and takes actions for updating and/or scheduling, if necessary;
 analyses works feedback and singles out the differences between estimated and actual cost,
so as to improve the maintenance process;
 obtains, from cmms, technical and management reports, analyses them and takes care of
their distribution to pertinent units;

 acts as a reference point for discipline mgrs. And craft mgrs. For solution of any problems
concerning the work management cycle implemented through cmms.
