Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) - Entered and expedited orders, updated the database
with pertinent information. Emailed the customers or sales reps and updated the Intra-Mall system with
order status information (government orders). Gathered invoices from vendors so that we can invoice the
customer via email. Researched problems with orders due to damage, duplicate shipments and other
discrepancies. Set up returns and replacements on problem orders and follow up to make sure the
replacements and returns are complete. Responsible for daily open order reports for each sales member.
