Pirates work in loosely organized clans and bribe Somali officials to use ports. While there is some evidence of ties to terrorist groups, most pirates work independently and keep the ransom money for themselves and their families. Countries have sent naval patrols but capturing pirates is difficult without helicopters, and ships must also take precautions to protect themselves.

The Ant
An ant works hard every day without supervision. A lion in charge notices this and thinks the ant could produce even more with oversight. He hires a cockroach supervisor who implements extensive paperwork and meetings, taking up the ant's time. More managers are brought on, growing the bureaucracy. Production decreases but the managers justify their roles. An audit concludes the department is overstaffed, and the ant is fired for a poor attitude.

Characteristics of qatari people
Qataris take pride in their freedom and see themselves as free citizens of Qatar. They view their country as an opportunity and place for art. Qataris are known to be welcoming to outsiders and enjoy socializing over food and culture. As a small Gulf country originally settled by Bedouin tribes, Qatari culture and way of life is influenced by its location in the Middle East and Arab identity. While traditional dress and conservative values remain, Qatari society has modernized with urban development but still maintains cultural similarities to surrounding countries.

Qatar is located in the Middle East. Doha is the capital city. Qatar has a population of around 928,635 people and Islam is the official religion. Qatar has discovered natural gas which has boosted its economy and made it one of the richest countries per capita. The current leader is Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani who has overseen modernization and development of Qatar.

My hometown is located in Chad. It has a population of over 8 million people and was originally settled by Berbers in the 8th century AD. Islam arrived in the 11th century and three rival kingdoms flourished until coming under Sudanese rule in the late 1800s. The culture is influenced by the Sara people and features distinctive music styles. Some of the most famous places in Chad include the capital city of N'Djamena with its national museum, Lake Chad which was once an important trade hub, Zakouma National Park known for its wildlife, and the Tibesti Mountains home to the Toubou tribe.

Several iconic structures were also built in India, such as the world's largest stone observatory and the highest bridge ever constructed. Weddings in India are also massively celebrated cultural events that can last for a week and vary significantly based on region and religion.

The recent surge in pro-Palestine student activism has prompted significant responses from universities, ranging from negotiations and divestment commitments to increased transparency about investments in companies supporting the war on Gaza. This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.

- 2. Introduction The name of my country is Qatar. The capital is Doha. Qatar is a member of the Persian gulf in the middle east. The main language is Arabic. It’s border is Saudi Arabia. Qatar is in Asia.
- 3. Major Cities There are a lot of cities in Qatar, but only one capital which is Doha. Doha is located on the coast of the Persian gulf and it’s the biggest city in Qatar. Al Khor is the fifth biggest city in Qatar. It’s located on the eastern edge of the shore of the Persian gulf.
- 4. Major Landmarks The Aspire tower is 300 meters high (946ft) with 36 floors. Its also known as the Torch Hotel. Its located in the Doha Sports City complex.Villagio Mall is a shopping center located in Doha.
- 5. Major Landforms Qurayn Abu Al Bawl is the highest point in Qatar. Its 103 meters high. Its located near the borders of Saudi Arabia. The Pearl is an artificial island. Its nearly 4 million square meters!
- 6. History Qatar has long history. Qatar was only a land of nomands and had small fishing villages. Then in 1868 Al Thani family ruled Qatar. In 1916 Al Thani family agreed with Britain that Britain will rule the foreign affairs. In September 3, 1971 Qatar gained independence from Great Britain.
- 7. Clothing The Thoub is the cultural costume for men. Its long and it reaches till their ankle. The color is mostly white. Young boys wear a cap called Gahfeya and men wear a Gurthra. The Guthra is a squared piece of fabric that is designed with red and white or black and white squares. The women wear the Abaya. It’s a long black cloak that they wear over their clothes.
- 8. Holidays Qatar National Day is celebrated on December 18. National Sports Day is on the second Tuesday of February. Independence Day is on September 3. Eid Al Adha and Eid Al Fitr are also celebrated in Qatar.
- 9. Food In Qatar they eat Hummus. It’s a dip made of chickpeas and sesame seed paste. Waraq Enab, is vine leaves stuffed with rice. Tabolleh, is a kind of salad. Koussa Mahshi, is stuffed squash.
- 10. Music The music is based on Bedouin poetry, song, and dance. Traditional dances are performed in Doha Friday afternoons. The instruments they use are Al-Ras, Tambourine, Cymbals, Oud, Rebaba, and the Arabic Flute.
- 11. Native Animals The animals that live in Qatar are desert animals. They are: The Oryx is of most popular ones in Qatar. The Daab Lizard is a medium sized wild lizard which eats insects which are between 14 to 36 inches. There are also Camels and Hedgehogs.
- 12. Story Behind The Flag The white stands for peace. The maroon stands for the shed and blood during the in the second half of the 19 century. The nine points shows that Qatar is the ninth member of the Persian gulf.
- 13. Travel Tips There are a lot of attractions in Qatar. Some examples are: Souq Waqif, Doha Corniche Park, Desert Safari, Cruise on a Dhow, Kingdom Of Aladdin Entertainment Park, and Msheireb Enrichment Center: Floating Museum and much more!
- 14. Population The population in Qatar is 1.8 million people, but only 250,000 of them are citizens. The rest are foreigners that live and work there.
- 15. Conclusion If you like nice weather go to Qatar because there its mostly sunny. If you have kids below 15 you could take them to King Of Aladdin Entertainment Park. Plus if you are a HUGE soccer fan like I am the 2022 FIFA World Cup will be there!
