The survey aimed to learn about views on gender issues in agricultural development projects. Preliminary results found: - Respondents agreed factors like differences in men's and women's resources and project acceptability to both genders are extremely important to consider in project design. - Monitoring changes in household income, food security, and women's participation and access to services were seen as most important for evaluation. - Most respondents felt gender should be integrated into all aspects and stages of projects, from design to implementation to evaluation. - Training was seen as still needed to strengthen skills in conducting gender analysis and developing gender-responsive monitoring frameworks.
