This document discusses knowledge management and reaching audiences. It provides statistics on a global health eLearning platform that has over 100,000 registered learners from over 200 countries. The platform sees increased uptake from Latin America. Examples are provided of eLearning programs for lab technicians in Nigeria that saw growing participation over months. The document raises questions about moving to more audience-responsive and inclusive formats, including "many-to-many", to improve collective success.
