Roles and Responsibilities in BPM Savvion Project:

terms of volumes in a Dashboard with respective to Line of Business in BT.
So that, Business and Operations can view the Trend Analysis of the Network Faults
raised daily, weekly, monthly and yearly and can take key decisions to improve the Performance
of BT Network and also to enhance the Services and better Solutions to the Users.

20C SMARTS and these alarms are ticketed as a Faults in Autofix/Simple system which
orchestrate these faults and allocate solution and resolutions to the fault and navigate to the next
level downstream components to resolve the faults like WMS, PEWC, SUMO, PACS, SI,

 Regular interactions and conducting sessions with CE leads, Operation Users & Architects
understanding the Business process and gather Requirements.
 Interacting Coordinating with respective E2E Designer, Platform Designer & Component

 Plan sprint level User stories & acceptance criteria’s which are in the scope of Development.
