a development team to correct the issues and perform validation. Perform an analysis of the patterns used for banks
AML detection, identified the risks and gaps in coverage. Worked closely with the banks CCO to develop a risk based

• For a large Chinese commercial bank, conducted an independent data mapping analysis of its data extract
methodology. Analyzed the bank’s data feeds from its core system to the bank’s transactional AML system, Patriot
Officer.
• Provided an emerging $50bn bank with an assessment of the completeness and adequacy of data systems and data
flows through Actimize, the bank’s automated transaction monitoring tool.
• For a large Middle Eastern bank implemented Promontory’s proprietary transaction monitoring system to assess the
effectiveness of their AML and OFAC program. Provide support and training of regional staff members in identifying
suspicious AML activity within their data.

• Aided a regional US bank in meeting regulatory requirements by conducting user acceptance testing and validation
through Promontory’s proprietary AML tool. Perform validation of scenario changes in their existing transaction
monitoring system. Mapping of AML risk to controls to validated adequacy of scenario coverage. Utilize a qualitative
process for assessing the adequacy of mitigating controls in place in each assessment area structured around
compliance program themes. These includes: training; customer on-boarding; customer screening; payment screening;
list management; internal reporting; filter settings and rationale for changes; and management oversight and
governance.
• Develop an Information Security Program for a SIFMU that encompassed: Governance, risk assessment,
information security strategy, process monitoring & updating, Controls Implementation, incident response, KRI/KPI
reporting, and roadmap to get there. The policy aligned to the ISO 27000 standards and was in response to a number of
regulator orders.
• Performed a Living Will / Resolution Plan for a large Regional Bank. Create an Information Readiness assessment
of the banks MIS, the objective is to assess the extent to which the MIS information required by the Resolution Plan is
readily available, and if not, how big a challenge we would face in getting it collected when we proceed with detailed
data collection . Assemble an overview description of the systems and data environments supporting the core business
and legal entities. Build inventory of relevant MIS and associated licenses and intellectual property. Summarize key IT

• Provide an Independent Foreclosure File Review to determine whether foreclosure activities were appropriate ,

Release & Data Management Working in hand with the development team, I managed a team that automated the
deployment process to be repeatable process with consistent expected results throughout deployment. Our team
worked closely with the QA team, tracking defects through TFS to release, providing status reporting, documenting the
