 Act as primary liaison between technical and business groups to gather requirements to identify incidents and
their impacts including establishing and maintaining working relationships across the businesses, IT and technology
team member.
 Review client requirements, perform gap and/or impact analysis, and delegate as appropriate, data, foundation,
and systems analysis in preparation for service-specific cloning and configuration with a focus on high-level and
complex analysis.
 Adapt at preparing business requirements documents (BRDs), defining project plans, writing system

Project #3 Project Overview: By Using MIS(Management Information System) – sbm.gov.in (http://swachhbharatmission.gov.in) Monitoring and Review progress of construction of toilets and “Solid & Liquid Waste Management (SLWM) Activities” under Swachh Bharat Mission – Garmin (SBM-G) through IMIS system – sbm.gov.in (http://swachhbharatmission.gov.in) Name of Organization :Government of Jharkhand(SBM-G) Designation :Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E cum IMIS) officer Reporting to :District Commissioner (D.C), District Development Commissioner (D.D.C) and Executive Engineer(PHED - E.E) Team Size : 25+ Responsibilities –  Giving support and input in SBM-G Jharkhand for making open deification free (ODF) villages and GP through self- motivation/involvement of community.  Facilitate district-Giridih in effective SBM (G) implementation including campaign planning, rollout, management and monitoring.  Getting all information at block level from stack holder.  Conducting weekly at district and sharing and collecting information from team.  Reporting State and District level offices and other team member to share progress of project.  Visiting blocks, Grampanchayats and villages to review physical progress and collecting information .  Transferring funds and monitoring utilization and sharing report to other departments.  Gathering Requisition from different group of team from fields and also sending Requisition from Govt. on India.  Distributing and sharing work among team member (Operators) and reviewing their work.  Coordinating with other M&E cum IMIS officers to other district/provinces and state and sharing progress about project.  Providing training to new and experience team member about work progress.  Developed comprehensive and time-bound district-wide open defecation elimination plan (ODEP) and achieve ODF GP and Blocks. Facilitation, orientation and deployment of the field functionaries in support of the OD elimination, effectively coordinating to Block IEC team Members, Coordinator (BC), Social Mobilizer (SM) and others TA to eliminate the practice of open defecation.  Facilitate with IEC team members design of social mobilization campaigns around the festivals, international days (such as World Toilet Day, Global Hand washing Day, World Environment Day and so on), Rolling out capacity building and Communication intervention plan mechanism of districts and regular monitoring to gauge holistic performance on Communication action plan for behavior change activities simultaneously.  Also collecting “Solid & Liquid waste management(SLWM)” survey data and updating MIS system as as well.  Collecting all issue (System Error/Error/Bugs) and sharing to concern department to fix it accordingly.  Support proposal drafting by contributing to program design, log frames, monitoring and evaluation plans, budget, beneficiary counting approaches, etc.  conducting data analysis using statistical software  manage diverse activities and to meet deadlines required.  work independently and as a member of a team, coordinate and effectively meet program goals.
