Key Responsibilities and Duties;
• Co-ordinate and manage the staff medical schemes and employees and their dependants in order to maintain a
healthy workforce;
• Attends to employees grievances and complaints thereof and ensures management is informed in accordance with
the laid down procedures and practices;

• Preparation of payroll inputs for onward submission to the Payroll custodians;
• Co-ordinate various Human Resources activities involving administration of human resources, provision of services
such as preparation and maintenance of employee records, salary administration, grading, loan/advances,
promotions/dismissal, and social amenities to ensure smooth run of the Human Resources activities;
• Co-ordinate various Human Resources activities involving administration of Group Life Assurance and the pension
schemes for staff separating with the corporation;
• Implement industrial relations statutes, interprets and enforces Collective Agreements in respect of conditions of
service, and ensure uniform application to all employees in order to have a satisfied workforce;
• Maintain human resources records for all employees working for the corporation and ensure that there is continuous
update of staff information in the Dove HR system for easy reference;
• Advise superiors on Airport manpower plans including staff development, recruitment, labour forecasts as well as
natural wastages to maintain optimum staff levels;
• Preparation of the administration section annual budget;
• .Prepare monthly reports on labour turnover, promotions, separation, salary advances, loans for superior’s decision

Key Responsibilities and Duties;
1. Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
i. Identify training needs and development opportunities for employees after the performance appraisals;
ii. Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities;
iii. Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures;
iv. Develop the annual training and development plan and annual training budget for training and development.

i. Monitor daily attendance using the time and attendance system;

ii. Preparation of notices for vacancies and drafting of advertisements for vacant staff positions;
iii. Organization of all application letters received before the shortlist process;
iv. Conducting due diligence process through reference checks on possible interview candidates;

i. Processing of the monthly payroll for all staffs on the computerized payroll system, and maintaining an
up-to date payroll using Micro-payroll system;

payroll reports, and presentation to management;

iv. Preparation of NAPSA registration/amendment forms for new employees and remittance of NAPSA;

2. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
