PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Customer Lending Representative Loan Depot September 15 – February 16
Overview: I Worked in a performance-based environment, where I received bonuses and incentives. Make
contact with potential clients that expressed interest in home mortgages and consumer loans, I screen for
qualification before transferring to banker.
• Qualify leads and transfer to mortgage banker or consumer loans Rep
• Mentor new hires and administer final oral exams for outbound calls
• Take inbound calls and direct them to proper department and or screen them for potential mortgage or
consumer leading products
Customer Service Representative Sierra Pacific Mortgage February 15 – July 15
Overview: Responsible for obtaining current employment with income information for a very large mortgage
corporations, along with organizing docs for loan officers.
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• Notified Processor and necessary representative of missing documentation
• Worked with Account Executives & Underwriters by splitting and reviewing Retail, Wholesale loans
• Contact the Broker regarding any missing loan documents
• Move loan through system if all Conditions have been met and received
Customer Service Representative Cookie Lee Jewelry November 12 – September 13
Overview: Contributed in customer care service as well as gave support to one of the nation’s largest private
wholesale jewelry provider.
Other responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• Resolving telephone inquiries from customers regarding order and/or delivery status.
• Direct contact and service provider to all wholesale and retail vendors.
• Worked with new employee training including company policy, procedures, and software.
• Administrative duties such as: filing, data management, etc.
Customer Service/Event Security House of Blues November 08 – January 13
Overview: Responsible for providing optimal guest safety and satisfaction for Live Nation’s largest chain of
restaurant/music venues.
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• Providing guest with all questions concerning seating, upcoming events, and venue history.
• Coordinated with local fire and police agencies to ensure adherence to laws and fire codes.
• Routine risk assessments and regular safety and fire checks.
• Responsible for coordinating first aid and filing corresponding incident reports.

Overview: Provided protection for many artist, actors as well as providing a secure venues for many guest

Overview: Provided key customer service in a high-volume transaction based environment for Wells Fargo.
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• Balance and accuracy of cash drawers.
• Transfer funds and accept loan payments.

Overview: Responsible for products and products displays, removing damaged or expired merchandise all
before stores opened.
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• In charge of restocking inventory
• Rotated product in a timely manner
• Oversaw the merchandise of placement of several locations

I have amassed several years of customer service operations and relations. I’m an analytical thinker who
manages time and resources with effectiveness and efficiency. I am a professional team player with a
blending personality for employee interaction and I am also fully capable of working independently. I pride

goals.
EDUCATION:
I have attended Fullerton College with plans on completion of my Bachelor of Science in International
Relations with intention to pursue my MBA.
