We have an opportunity for a Creative Designer and Web developer.
The Creative Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and design of solutions
from concept to completion. He/she works with team to generate comps and create
layouts and final art such as (but not limited to): collateral materials, ads, corporate
identity, packaging, campaigns, etc. The Creative Designer assists the Creative
Director with every aspect of completing creative and production projects.
A web designer/developer: He/She is responsible for the design, layout and coding of
a website. They are involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website -
how the site works and how it looks. They can also be involved with the maintenance
and update of an existing site.
After establishing the target audience for a website and identifying the type of
content it will host, a web designer/developer will:
write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website
software and graphics packages to meet business requirements
test the website and identify any technical problems
upload the site onto a server and register it with different search engines.
Responsibilities:
• Designs and provides concepts for projects/campaigns to meet approved strategic
marketing objectives.
• Ensures that our creative product remains on the leading edge and ahead of our
competition.
• Studies the creative marketplace, assessing where the agency work stands against
competitors', as well as our clients' competitors' creative work.
• Drives constant improvement in agency's creative quality and capabilities.
• Works closely with Creative Director on workload management, resourcing, and
projects; updates Creative Director on project status.
• Works closely with Account Team as a liaison to the Creative Team, helping the
Creative Team sell their best marketing solution to the Account/Project Management
associates and to the client or prospective client, and presenting cohesive and
persuasive rationales for campaign approaches.
• Ensures that our high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining
consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team.
• Delivers strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their
marketing and communications objectives.
• Along with Account, Strategic, and Creative leadership assures that all client
presentations are on time, professional, engaging, persuasive, and supported by a
sound rationale.
• Listens, asks, prioritizes, and translates client situation, marketing goals and
information into strategic brand concepts, voice, messages, and rationales.
• Assures that timely and informative communication takes place between the
creative function, vendors, Account/Project Team and clients.

• Attends creative input meetings.
• Participates in recruiting and screening for Creative department and makes
recommendations to the Creative Director for creative positions and freelance
services.
• Has working knowledge of all software programs needed to fulfill approved creative
concepts.
• Continually stays abreast of marketing technology and digital marketing capabilities
in order to foster the evolution of the agency's technology needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in art, design, marketing, or related field
advertising agency experience required, 3-6 years strongly preferred
