I am involved as research and development engineer working in field of hardware and software
programming in Junsung E&R (Gwangju) company which is specialized in all sorts of electronics.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assembling and testing of embedded system hardware circuit boards.
- Research on the latest trends of new analog and digital electronic devices.
- Development of firmware for embedded environment.
- Design and analysis of electronics devices and hardware circuits.
- Design android apps.
- Testing feasibility of Tetracam cameras for agricultural purpose.
- Testing and analysis of new market products.
Projects Completed
1 Embedded Monitoring System
Monitors voltage and current from different sources and sends them to server.
2 Accelerometer Sensor interface
Sends x, y, z axis motion from sensor to embedded monitoring system.
3 Counter Display system
Master-Slave module for capturing number of times remote switch is pressed.
4 Battery charge and sensor controller
Constantly monitors the humidity, temperature battery voltage and displays
them. UV-LED turns ON for extreme humidity and temperature depending upon
battery voltage.
5 LED controller (Version 1 and version 2 )
Control the LED blinking pattern, intensity, brightness to create different blinking
sequence using red, green and blue LED.
6 CDMA based temperature monitor
Constantly monitor temperature and send message to selected mobile user
through WCDMA module. The number of destined mobile number also
selectable by the user. When temperature is very high, this system notifies the
users.
7 Magnetic control and Battery Monitor System
Controls the operation of magnet and monitors battery that powers this system.
Alarm beep available whose frequency depends on the battery voltage. Battery
voltage controls magnet operation. This system is being used in Canada.
8 Inverter and wind monitoring system
This system constantly monitors the wind power, wind speed and inverter output
parameters. Data are displayed in LCD and sent to remote server by TCP/IP.
9 Design Analysis and maintenance of Gun Barrel Inspection Robot
Hardware analyst and firmware supervisor for development of Gun Barrel
inspection Robot.
10 Design of Wind, Solar Power monitoring system
This system continuously samples temperature, voltage and current from Wind,
Solar and Battery sources. Wind and solar power charges the battery. After
collecting the power parameters, it processes them, stores them and sends it to
remote server via wireless zigbee communication.
