I have in excess of 10 years’ experience in facilities management and current duties include regular
inspections of commercial property, identifying maintenance and repair requirements and overseeing
teams of contractors undertaking work to the required budget, timescale and standards.
I am an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with excellent organisational and time management skills. I
act well as a team player with the capability of building good working relationships at all levels.
Confident, conscientious and trustworthy, able to problem solve and work efficiently, whilst
maintaining attention to detail in order to produce a consistently high quality of work. I am willing to
undertake any further training available to gain new skills and develop my expertise.
KEY SKILLS:
• Ten years’ experience in Facilities Management, including undertaking regular inspections.
• Experience of managing upgrades and repairs to a range of building fabric including electrical, gas,
external drainage and refurbishment of internal spaces including offices, kitchens and toilets.
• Oversight of building repairs and control of contractors on site ensuring all work undertaken is
completed to specified standards.
• Completion of health and safety risk assessments and management of risks / contractors during
works.
• Excellent interpersonal skills developed through regular interaction with contractors, members of
the public and colleagues.
• Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

AQA is one of the main governing bodies for GCSE & A Level exams providing qualifications and
support to schools and colleges.
Duties - facilities management, key holder to building & callout, oversight of building repairs and care
of contractors on site, site authorisation & risk assessment. Reception duties, meet & greet, office
administration, fork lift truck driver for reach & counter-balance, First Aid.
