• DELTA LABS: A Partner in an LLC that purchased and constructed a pharmaceutical facility in
Memphis. The company purchased three LLC that were in receivership in Toronto, Canada. As head of
operations consolidated the three companies into one facility and brought operations back on line from
receivership shutdown.
• BROTHER INTERNATIONAL:Operational responsibility for all North American Facilities for Brother
during a growth period that saw sales grow from $300 million to $1.7 Billion. Project manager on
multiple projects growing the original facility from 100,000 square feet to 370,000 SF. With continued
growth, led the Project Team in acquiring property,design and construction of a 1 million SF automated
facility expanding two years later to 1.5 million SF. Operations Team leader for SAP Enterprise System,
and managed implementation of three different Warehouse Management Systems. All projects
completed on budget and schedule.
