To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter on behalf of Jeffrey Reasner. I have had the privilege of knowing and getting to work alongside
Jeffrey for the past four years at the Foglia YMCA. Jeffrey has worked mainly in the Youth Sports Department but has
also helped in Day Camp, School Age Child Care, Kindergarten Enrichment, Membership Department as well as Special
Events. As one can see by the amount of departments Jeffrey has helped in, he is an excellent employee to have on
board, as he is willing to help in whatever capacity is needed. He is the type of employee that an employer is overjoyed
to have on staff, as it makes the day to day tasks a little bit easier having his help.
Observing Jeffrey in the multiple roles he has taken on within the facility, I have seen him always going above and
beyond what is asked of him. He never has to be asked twice to complete a task. Often times, he never even has to be
asked at all. He knows what is required of the task at hand, and fulfills those requirements above and beyond one’s
expectations. Jeffrey takes the phrase “job well done” very seriously. I have never had an qualms about his work ethic
or demeanor.
Jeffrey is an absolute joy to be around. I had the privilege of working very closely with him at one of our after school
care sites. Every day was a new adventure with Jeffrey part of the team. He has a way about him that makes the
students feel very comfortable. Whether he was coloring a picture, playing football or helping students with homework,
he always had a smile on his face and an encouraging word to share. Jeffrey helped create an atmosphere where the
students felt safe and were able to have fun at the same time.
I would highly recommend Jeffrey Reasner for any position available. He is a hardworking, respectable, organized and
reliable young man and would be a vital asset to any team. Jeffrey is a thoughtful individual who has wisdom beyond
his years. I was always confident that any programs Jeffrey was a part of were going to run smoothly with his
leadership and guidance.
