This letter is my personal recommendation for Jeri Lyman. I have been Jeri's immediate supervisor for almost 2
years. I found her to be consistently pleasant, and tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Jeri is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate
well to myself, my peers and the customers. She has successfully been a CSA with us for 7 years, and has never had
an attendance issue. Jeri is very dedicated to her job as well as her customers. She has always gone above and
beyond for them, and has received numerous letters of appreciation from many of her customers.
Jeri was among the advocates that were selected to be a Work at home Advocate based on their metrics and
Customer Experience. I never had any issues with Jeri while she was working from home- she always kept me in the
loop about any issues she was having that would cause her to be off line. Jeri constantly maintained her metrics to
allow her to continue working at home.
I highly recommend Jeri for employment. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization
