My name is Debra Owens. As the Volunteer Coordinator for Regency Hospice of
Northwest Florida, I have had the pleasure ofworking with Renee Phillippi, and I believe
that she would make a great addition to your company.
She and I have worked on several community outreach programs, health fairs, and
speaking engagements together. Renee has held in-services for our volunteers and staff
members, and has helped with our annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. She helped on
many occasions honoring our hospice patients with our Hospice For Heroes pinning
ceremonies. I find her to have a teamwork mentality, leadership ability, and good work
ethic. She takes on challenges with a positive attitude and she stays with tasks until they
are completed. Renee is dependable, hardworking, dedicated, organized, and always
shows a willingness to undertake any task given.
