I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Kelsey Barber. I highly recommend Kelsey
as a candidate for employment with your company.
I have known Kelsey for three years. I became acquainted with her when we worked together at
Good Shepherd Lutheran Home. I was originally her supervisor until I became a Case Manager.
During that time, I found her to be hard-working, reliable and trustworthy. Over the time that I
have known her, I have witnessed tremendous growth in Kelsey and am certain that the skills
and abilities she has developed will allow her to excel at any job.
While working as her Supervisor, I never had to worry about whether or not she was getting her
job done or needed help doing it. She was always very good at taking care of her unit on her
own and if she needed help she would call, but rarely did she call. She was very self-sufficient
and could figure out problems on her own. If she had a problem she would take care of it and
then update me on what happened rather than calling me to come fix the issue.
In short, I recommend Kelsey enthusiastically and without reservation. I believe she would be a
