JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Employee Benefits Officer in the administration of company-initiated benefits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Amount of Time
1 HR Admin Support – Allowances
a
Processes claims on fieldwork, out-of-town, out-of-station and holiday allowances
of field personnel (i.e. Staff and Officers)
Semi-Monthly
b Processes driver’s license refunds As Needed
c
Handles HMO Transactions, and prepares enrollment documents and requests for
payments for the account of Intellicare.
Monthly
d
Handles gasoline fleet card transactions and coordinates with the latter’s service
provider and processes RFP for the account of Petron Corp.
Monthly
2 HR Admin Support – Company Initiated Benefits
a Assists in implementing the Employee Wellness Program As Needed
B Handles day to day inquiries related to the company initiated benefits Daily
3 HR Admin Support – NTSC
Maintains and/or updates the NTSC Database and individual employee folders Regularly

Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the
Employee Benefits Officer from time to time.
