Selected Comments – Equity/AccessWhich JCCS students will be able to participate? Very concerned that there will be inequity specifically involving incarcerated students.
In general, my students are not allowed to access the Internet.
I typically have 3 - 8 new students a day in my unit, so long-term computer based projects or curriculum (like PowerPoint or Plato) utilizing the computer cart is problematic..
Most of my students on I.S. do not have access to computers.
I find that many times my students have access to the web but it is usually on their cellphones or a computer which they do not have daily access.
