Objective

 Project Manager / Small Cap Group Manager
o Job duties include managing a dedicated group of engineers and designers that
specialized in running multiple small to mid-cap sized projects. Responsible for
keeping portfolio of projects on budget and on schedule to meet client timing
requirements. Work front end portion of projects to prepare TIC packages that
client can use to obtain funding approval for their project, then be involved in
the detail design to get IFC packages issued, and follow through with
construction support.

o Job duties included preparing engineering proposals for both front end and detail
engineering packages, along with preparing TIC estimates for clients, client
interaction, and managing projects from inception through IFC. Also,
responsible for providing response to clients as projects went to field for
