Like (Block work & Plaster, Tiling, Waterproofing, Plumbing (include Service Lines), Electrification, Finishing
items,) and efficient in men and resource management.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports and review of construction program,
Execution of activities as per Drawings. Prepare write-up for civil works. Check IFC
drawings & specifications for the Technical suitability. Assist in estimating structural
material quantities. Examine vendor data & provide comments on structural information
with structural Engineer.
DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES:
Handling Post tensioning slab, Gardening, Swimming Pool, irrigation line for landscape etc.
Dispensing of raw materials & solvents according to batch size. Maintain Proper coordination with
Maintenance, Electrical, Store, Q.A&Q.C. Department. Achieving Production Target of desired Quality &
Quantity with Specified time.
