KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.
To Prepare Daily check list , Monthly check list for major Electrical Equipment
To meet volumes with full capacity productivity & hand over the plant to Manufacturing & Engineering team.
To formulate & implant all corrective action plans for respective audits carried out by various auditors.
To implement the preventive maintenance program.
To ensure all breakdowns are attended to promptly.
To train the operators on manufacturing equipment operational practices, preventive maintenance & trouble shooting processes.
To prepare annual preventive maintenance schedule in consultation with the manufacturing & concerned departmental head.
To generate the Monthly Maintenance report & Monthly EHS report.
To prepare SOPs for the operation of all the engineering utilities viz. Transformer, DG, UPS, Power cum Automation Panels, Air
Compressor and other utility & process equipment’s etc.

Preparation of Plant Load List & Tender BOQ for equipment’s.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Equipment’s and executes as per schedule.

Control & Automation
Preparation of Input/output count List – PLC & Instrument INDEX.
Preparation of Technical Datasheets for Process Valves and Field Instruments.
Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.
Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart.
Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves.
Maintenance & Calibration of process field instruments and cable termination of instruments.

Developing SCADA screens as per P&ID with Auto-Manual sequence along with Automation Sub-Contractor.
Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning of Process instruments like TT, PT, LT, LS, and FT etc.
Installation & Distribution of Pneumatic Air-Piping for any type of valve & other applications.
Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Pneumatic Valves, Load cells etc.
Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts
