Position responsibilities:
•Responsible for Quality Assurance on designated section with responsibility of implementing QA policy
requirements and TPQ (Total Product Quality) guidelines. Acts as direct contact with for all QA/QC
with construction vendors, contractors, tenants, and all stakeholders.
• Will provide technical expertise and primarily manage in-house relationships with other departments’
examples (construction management, estimating, scheduling, show ride installation and integration, etc.).
•Practical / Technical knowledge: relates to the depth and scope of knowledge required.
•Implement the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management System for construction efforts on
project through installation.
• Coordinate quality inspections with all site General Contractors and Vendors.
• Coordinate all non-destructive testing onsite.

1. Supervision the contractor providing out the preventive maintenance.
2. Control the works as well as checking all written documents related to the execution of works on site.
3. Check the contractor PM checklist during the preventive maintenance.
4. Check monthly &quarter and annual PM according to manufacturer’s recommendations for all the
equipment's.
5. Study the power upgrade for sites to cover new requirements according to future expansions .
6. Follow up with the contractor to submit alarm report indicating the repeated alarms in sites.
7. Follow up with the contractor clearing those alarms according to our submitted recommendations.
8. Approve the repair requests from the contractors.
9. Approve the required materials and spare parts.
10.Validate the number of the monthly spare parts required (long and short term, monthly consumption,
optimum and minimum stock).
11.Monthly recommendation report including methods/case-study of how to minimize spare parts
consumption rate
12.Insure that contractor committed with all safety procedures.
13.Validate the responses from the contractors intervention and PST ‘’problem solving time’’.
14.Verify and approve the inputs of the monthly KPIs (SQI, GPRE & CPRE), then calculate the draft
numbers.
15.Apply penalties on the contractor in case of non-compliance with contractor obligation &
commitments, the penalty will be calculated based on the contractor performance.
16.Acceptance all Electromechanical works according to standard specification and makes any
recommendations for any new modification
Check all environmental and power reserves in the following fields.
1. All maintenance activities for standby generators (1000 KVA & 500 KVA) in MSC '' Mobile
Switching Centre '' every MSC response about 2000,000 user of Mobinil network and more than 200
generators prime power (30 KVA) around Sinai Mobinil network area.
2. Generators (check weekly & monthly & quarter and annual PM according to manufacturer’s
recommendations)
3. Measure the generators efficiency and recommend the generators overhaul.
4. Cooling System spilt units 3hp & 5 hp and Measure the A/Cs efficiency.
5. Power System (AC/DC).
6. Distribution Panel (GEDP).
7. Fire alarm System and firefighting system.
8. DC system including UPS & rectifiers (Delta, Saft, etc.) and backup batteries.
9. External alarms (fire, door, and temp….etc.).
10. Cable tray and their accessories.
11. Verify and correct the earth system.
12. Check all Solar cell system components (controls, inverter, converter, solar cells, batteries...etc.).
