Personal Summary
As an experienced and versatile Office Manager, Executive Assistant & PA I have skills which have been

I commenced employment with London Offshore Consultants Limited (LOC) of which LMC was a subsidiary
initially as a team secretary and as PA to the owner / director of LMC. I set up systems for the company as
well as working on a number of tenders. The company became very successful in a the niche market of
mooring design in the offshore industry. When LMC became autonomous from LOC I ran the office as well
as undertaking many corporate matters. I dealt with a lot of correspondence, diary management, minute
taking and anything else that was required.
LMC continued to put on more business and employees until 2015, when the company consisted of aroung
60 people.
Responsibilities:
Insurances – Claims and Renewals
Administration of all the company insurances, including travel, death in service, permanent health,
combined and professional indemnity. Handling all claims from personnel.
Visas for migrants – UKBA Sponsor Management System
Responsible for sponsorship with the UKBA, issuing certificates of sponsorship to migrants, keeping licence
and records up to date.

2. Induction training for personnel
Wrote and issued QA Document for induction to new staff, ensuring they understood and took heed of its
contents.
Maintenance of personnel records
All contracts, doctors’ certificates, absence records.
Tender preparation
In the event of a new tender enquiry, completion of all corporate and previous experience information in a
timely manner, often under stringent deadlines.
