Personal Summary
As an experienced and versatile Office Manager, Executive Assistant & PA I have skills which have been
developed in insurance, property, visa sponsorship, corporate matters including property search, outfitting
and refurbishments of offices, compiling presentations and putting together proposals for new business. I
have an ability to integrate easily into a company and adapt to different styles, which has proved
exceptionally useful for client and staff relationship building.
I have assisted with projects including building moves, soundproofing and contract negotiation, tenders,
event planning, presentation design, budgets, contracts, and HR.
I have recently undergone a sabbatical. The next step is to gain an interesting and challenging role, which

Employment History
1994 – July 2016 - LONDON MARINE CONSULTANTS LTD (LMC)
I commenced employment with London Offshore Consultants Limited (LOC) of which LMC was a subsidiary
initially as a team secretary and as PA to the owner / director of LMC. I set up systems for the company as
well as working on a number of tenders. The company became very successful in a the niche market of
mooring design in the offshore industry. When LMC became autonomous from LOC I ran the office as well
as undertaking many corporate matters. I dealt with a lot of correspondence, diary management, minute
taking and anything else that was required.
LMC continued to put on more business and employees until 2015, when the company consisted of aroung
60 people.
Responsibilities:
Insurances – Claims and Renewals
Administration of all the company insurances, including travel, death in service, permanent health,
combined and professional indemnity. Handling all claims from personnel.
Visas for migrants – UKBA Sponsor Management System
Responsible for sponsorship with the UKBA, issuing certificates of sponsorship to migrants, keeping licence
and records up to date.

2. Induction training for personnel
Wrote and issued QA Document for induction to new staff, ensuring they understood and took heed of its
contents.
Maintenance of personnel records
All contracts, doctors’ certificates, absence records.
Tender preparation
In the event of a new tender enquiry, completion of all corporate and previous experience information in a
timely manner, often under stringent deadlines.
Company Website
Managed the updating of the company website for a number of years.
LMG Corporate
Companies House – Logged Annual Returns, change of directors, etc.
Administered the sales of shares and buyout of company in 2008.
Facilities Management
Generally taking care of the office ensuring that everything is working correctly and safely. Ensuring all
machines, intruder alarms, printers etc are in good working order.

Spent 6 months in the US, retrained in computer technology, ran word processing business from home
along with miscellaneous temporary positions in offices around London.

Responsible for administration, day to day running of business, design briefs, copy writing, client liaison,
marketing strategies and invoicing. Responsibile for the profitability of the accounts. Worked on Potterton
boilers (TV advertising), Mercantile Credit - a Barclays Finance House (TV and Press), Wang Computers, AST
Computers, Wimpey Homes amongst others. Left to go travelling.

Working for the Marketing Director looked after disco promotion and coordinated the promotions team in
the field. Gained feedback on what were the current trends and supplied this information to the marketing
department and artist and repertoire departments. Built up a list of hundreds of disc jockeys and wrote
and mailed newsheets covering our new and future releases.
