Simon Jeffries commenced his career in recruitment with Central London based construction recruitment agency Malla in 1990.
During his twenty three years in recruitment, he has survived two recessions and has only ever worked for three recruitment agencies. He has operated on a number of
desks which has given him a wealth of experience across all sectors of the built environment.
Throughout this time, he has forged a number of relationships with key decision makers for many of the UK’s leading construction organisations and consultancy
practices.
A keen Cricket fan and player, Simon can often be seen standing in a field somewhere in Essex at weekends when, of course, family commitments allow.
