This document summarizes an IT project survey conducted with 11 employees of VOICETEL Ltd in Bangladesh. Key findings include that most employees have a bachelor's degree, 0-4 years of experience, and report to the IT department. Most employees frequently seek help, help colleagues, and see embracing new technology and project management as important. While most are satisfied with their job, some feel their workload exceeds expectations and future technology could threaten their job. The organizational culture tends to be extended family or formalized.
