Monnari
Monnari is one of the best-known Polish clothing brands associated with top quality and unique
style. The company is listed on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. Monnari has a chain of 118
stationary stores located throughout the country.
The main challenges of company’s eCommerce:
Preparing the server infrastructure for handling a large amounts of traffic on the website, which was effectively
generated by the Monnari marketing department.
The connection of integration with the Allegro Brand Zone (Strefa Marek) with the new eCommerce software.
The preparation and the implementation of a new strategy for the synergy of the e-commerce system with the ERP
software.
The results of the implementation and future tasks:
After moving the entire eCommerce system onto the i-systems software, Monnari company’s marketing department
has gained greater opportunities for the creation and the use of promotion measures. The workflow of documents

R-gol
R-GOL.com is the largest professional football store in Poland. For 10 years of existence, the
company has become one of the largest distributors of equipment for football. R-GOL also works
offline. In addition to the online store it also has: a football store in Ostróda, a stationary shop
in Olsztyn and a Soccer Centre in Gdansk. It also produces football equipment under its own
brand - RG.
Challenges of eCommerce
Preparing the server infrastructure capable of handling heavy traffic, also in a condensed short time.
Creating sales processes effectively combining B2C and B2B activities within the multistore.
Preparing advanced warehouse and accounting integration with the Comarch Optima program and adapting it to the
