Fashion Marketplace- Proposed application is a marketplace eCommerce application, It has a platform where user (buyer) can purchase a product and seller can sell their items. There are three types of user:- 1. Administrator - Will manage the full application like to add/edit pages content, email content. Add/Edit product list and manage the order placed on the site. 2. Buyer or Customer - Will buy the products from the application and manage their account for orders, password and messages etc 3. Home and Health Care System- The application is a platform to manage electronic medical records of patient including billing and payroll between nurses and the patients who are taking their services. The primary purpose of this application is to maintain the patient's admission records, So that they will be eligible for various federal/state government schemes. The application can be used by Client families' to track hours of service for their nurses, schedule appointments. The case charts staff will also be able to use the system to perform administration activities, Generate Invoices and processing payment between patients and nurses. It provides expertise and compassionate care to help people stay safely in their own homes as long as they desire. However, at some point your loved one may need 24 hour care. If this occurs and one-on-one home care is not affordable, you might need to consider the right options for a care facility that can meet the needs of your loved one. Home Health team of skilled nurses consist of experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who have undergone vigorous training aimed at providing exceptional care and customer services. Registered Nurses (RNs) assess the patient and develop individualized plan of care specific the patient’s medical condition. Throughout this process, the Registered Nurse maintains constant contact with the patient’s physician and the patient, observing and providing feedback to the physician and continues to re-evaluate the plan of care for effectiveness. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) assist Registered Nurses in providing care that is acceptable within their licensing scope. All Licensed Practical Nurses are supervised by Registered Nurses on a continuous basis to ensure that the plan of care is followed and updated as necessary with changes in the patient’s condition Home Care Private Duty Nursing focuses on patients who need long term nursing services beyond the intermittent services provided under the Home Health program. These services are generally paid for privately by the patients. Provide Skilled Nursing that is medically necessary Assist patient and family in the transition of care from acute/inpatient facility to the home Evaluate, monitor and provide care in an hourly basis Prevent re-hospitalization Web based application.
