All new hires or applicants are screened using WMS’s proprietary, online questionnaire system.

• printable by the new hire or hiring manager

CALL IN
All new hires or applicants call a live attendant for screening.
• Real-time tax credit screening
• Same electronic capabilities as online process, except the hiring manager must print any forms that require a
• wet signature (mainly state ROI forms)
• 24/7 Call Center Operation
PAPER-BASED
All new hires complete the standard, paper WOTC Forms, which include IRS Form 8850,
Walton Management Tax Credit Eligibility Questionnaire, and any required state specific forms.
These original forms are mailed to WMS on a weekly basis and must be received no later than
28 days after the start date.
