For the song • Another view is that some people won’t necessarily watch the video for the sexiness but for the song and its lyrics • But this will entirely depend on what age and gender the person is and what genre is, as the sexiness could be hidden in the video • For example the music videos that a 14 year old girl will watch will have very little or no sexy content and so will not realise they are watching it this can be shown in the boy band pop gene as all band members are attractive to the target audience of teen girls and all have pretty girls in which the girls may aspire to be. • This would differ to a 18 year old male watching an R&B video would be seen to have a lot more sexy content but it is only more extreme and so obvious to spot but this is only to fit the genre and make that artist look better and more important
