1.1 Background You do not need to put background and this section is too long. Most of what you stated here should be part of the Review of Literature.
Stress is an emerging and growing problem in any health care setting. Some organizations administration feel that stress has no effect and it is simply and an exaggerated point while other believe the work related stress is threatening to the wellbeing of the health center and the general employees performance. Around 3 billion people employed globally face the problem of work related stress
[BY1]
. Scholarly work shows that the health sector is the most stressing work setting. According to study by
[BY2]
(Ali & Jabir, 2014)
[BY3]
, health sector is a stressful work environment and the stress come because of long working hours, the incompatible demands, the ethical dilemmas, and frequent handling of difficult and demanding patients.
Some of the stressors associated with the health workers and the working environment include work overload, excessive administrative work, shortage of staffs, uncertainty in treatment, and lack of support from community, peers, and superiors. In some health care setting, health workers operate on a 24 hour schedule. Many workers operate for long hours; have irregular working period, and over 30% of the health workers work for more than 60 hours per week (Arbabisarjou & Azizollah, 2013).
[BY4]
Health workers have different types of stress, they operate in environment characterized by conflict between patients and their families and the workplace is normally full of noise, liable infections, and pollution. According to a study conducted in Canada (AL-Swalhah, Irtima, Zouby, & Shaar, 2014), involving over 2000 doctors, it was reported that medics who work under stressful condition have difficult time dealing with patients and the quality of care is equally poor.

A Study on Occupational Stress Among Bus DriversIJMREMJournal
Professional driving is a very demanding task. According to the recent scientific evidence, Bus drivers tend to
report high levels of occupational stress, burnout and occupational traffic accidents. Health has always been
closely linked with occupation. Occupation related stress among working people is drastically increasing
worldwide. Stress at work place has become an integral part of everyday life and is referred as ‘worldwide
epidemic’ by the World Health Organization. This would have impact on the body and discomfort reflected in
various parts of the body bringing about certain health problems. This study is an attempt to analyze the various
factors that lead to stress among bus drivers and to examine the prevalence of health problems.
Background: This study explored the relationship between work stress, workload, and quality of life (QOL) among rehabilitation professionals. Methods: This study applied a cross-sectional design. A questionnaire was distributed to rehabilitation professionals—comprising physicians in the rehabilitation department, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and audiologists—working in teaching hospitals. A total of 152 valid responses were collected, yielding a valid response rate of 93.8%. Results: For female respondents, factors affecting the QOL were educational level, type of professional license, length of service, average leisure hours per week, expense on leisure per week, work stress, and workload (all p < .01). For male respondents, no factor reached statistical significance (p > .001). Conclusion: This study provides the following suggestions to hospital administrators: establishing a stress-relief helpline, evaluating employees’ workload, regularly arranging stress management training courses, implementing employee health promotion programs, and promoting proactive strategies to improve employee physical and mental health.

Extrachromosomal Inheritance
Slide 2: Introduction to Extrachromosomal Inheritance
Definition: Extrachromosomal inheritance refers to the transmission of genetic material that is not found within the nucleus.
Key Components: Involves genes located in mitochondria, chloroplasts, and plasmids.
Slide 3: Mitochondrial Inheritance
Mitochondria: Organelles responsible for energy production.
Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA): Circular DNA molecule found in mitochondria.
Inheritance Pattern: Maternally inherited, meaning it is passed from mothers to all their offspring.
Diseases: Examples include Leber’s hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) and mitochondrial myopathy.
Slide 4: Chloroplast Inheritance
Chloroplasts: Organelles responsible for photosynthesis in plants.
Chloroplast DNA (cpDNA): Circular DNA molecule found in chloroplasts.
Inheritance Pattern: Often maternally inherited in most plants, but can vary in some species.
Examples: Variegation in plants, where leaf color patterns are determined by chloroplast DNA.
Slide 5: Plasmid Inheritance
Plasmids: Small, circular DNA molecules found in bacteria and some eukaryotes.
Features: Can carry antibiotic resistance genes and can be transferred between cells through processes like conjugation.
Significance: Important in biotechnology for gene cloning and genetic engineering.
Slide 6: Mechanisms of Extrachromosomal Inheritance
Non-Mendelian Patterns: Do not follow Mendel’s laws of inheritance.
Cytoplasmic Segregation: During cell division, organelles like mitochondria and chloroplasts are randomly distributed to daughter cells.
Heteroplasmy: Presence of more than one type of organellar genome within a cell, leading to variation in expression.
Slide 7: Examples of Extrachromosomal Inheritance
Four O’clock Plant (Mirabilis jalapa): Shows variegated leaves due to different cpDNA in leaf cells.
Petite Mutants in Yeast: Result from mutations in mitochondrial DNA affecting respiration.
Slide 8: Importance of Extrachromosomal Inheritance
Evolution: Provides insight into the evolution of eukaryotic cells.
Medicine: Understanding mitochondrial inheritance helps in diagnosing and treating mitochondrial diseases.
Agriculture: Chloroplast inheritance can be used in plant breeding and genetic modification.
Slide 9: Recent Research and Advances
Gene Editing: Techniques like CRISPR-Cas9 are being used to edit mitochondrial and chloroplast DNA.
Therapies: Development of mitochondrial replacement therapy (MRT) for preventing mitochondrial diseases.
Slide 10: Conclusion

Observation of Io’s Resurfacing via Plume Deposition Using Ground-based Adapt...Sérgio Sacani
Since volcanic activity was first discovered on Io from Voyager images in 1979, changes
on Io’s surface have been monitored from both spacecraft and ground-based telescopes.
Here, we present the highest spatial resolution images of Io ever obtained from a groundbased telescope. These images, acquired by the SHARK-VIS instrument on the Large
Binocular Telescope, show evidence of a major resurfacing event on Io’s trailing hemisphere. When compared to the most recent spacecraft images, the SHARK-VIS images
show that a plume deposit from a powerful eruption at Pillan Patera has covered part
of the long-lived Pele plume deposit. Although this type of resurfacing event may be common on Io, few have been detected due to the rarity of spacecraft visits and the previously low spatial resolution available from Earth-based telescopes. The SHARK-VIS instrument ushers in a new era of high resolution imaging of Io’s surface using adaptive
optics at visible wavelengths.
