In First Generation, Vacuum Tube Used In
Computers, As We All Know Vacuum Tube Have Some
Drawbacks That They Generate Lot Of Heat Which Become
Harmful For Other Components Of Computer
In Second Generation, Transistors Were Used In Behalf
Of Vacuum Tubes, But Transistor Had Some Demerits That
Transistors Leaked The Current And Because Of That Other
Components Were Also Get Damage
In Both Of Generation Their Had Some Drawbacks, To
Overcome The Drawbacks Ic’s Were Invented

And Consume Little Power (Compared To Their Discrete
Counterparts)
It Give Maximum Speed Rather Than Transistors And Vacuum
Tubes.

A Potential Disadvantage Of Integrated Circuits Is The Cost
Of Replacing An IC That Has Failed.
One Disadvantage Of Integrated Circuits Is That They Can Be
Unsuitable For Custom Designed Equipment, Because High
Volumes Are Needed In Order To Justify The Design And Tooling
Costs.
While The Cost Of Buying A New Component May Be
