This intelligence test accurately assessed Jessica as having strengths in intrapersonal and logical intelligence and a weakness in musical intelligence. For a neuroscience and behavior unit, activities connecting the information to her own life would help her understand, such as examples applying terms to real life. For a logical intelligence states of consciousness unit, providing statistical data and ordered processes would make more sense than descriptive words. For a memory unit, surveys involving communicating with and organizing responses from others would help as it allows first-hand experience.

3. Assessment
I believe that this intelligence test is very accurate
and I do agree with the scores. According to the
graph, my strengths are tied between intrapersonal
and logical. My weakness is in musical. In the area of
intrapersonal, I tend to be very quiet and prefer to
work by myself. I also understand myself better than
anything or anyone else. In the area of logical, I am
very good with math problems, analyzing the patterns
of a series of numbers and memorizing phone numbers.
Musical is my weakness because it speaks to me as if
it were in a foreign language. I do not understand how
to read notes and differentiate between the sounds
of different instruments played in a song.

4. Neuroscience and Behavior
My first strength is intrapersonal.
Having an intrapersonal intelligence
means that I have a good
understanding of myself and like to
work alone. In neuroscience and
behavior, it would be helpful if I
could do activities where I can
connect it to my own life, such as
questions asking for real life
examples that I could apply to each
unit terms. By making the
information more personal in
relation to my life, I can have a
better understanding of the
information that I am learning, and
in this case, about the brain and
behavior.

5. States of Consciousness
My second strength is logical. This means that I am very
good with doing number related problems. For this unit, I
can do activities that provides me with percentages or
statistical data. Instead of saying, “very few dogs sleep
through the second stage of sleep” it would be better if it
was said like this, “1 out of 400 dogs sleep through the
second stage of sleep”. Or putting events into specific
orders as they occur such as the process of how
consciousness works in our minds. By providing number data
I can make more sense out of the information we are
learning about versus when an information is given in
descriptive words.

6. Memory
My third strength is
interpersonal. This means that I
am good at understanding and
communicating to others.
Activities such as surveys where
I can talk to other people and
see if they can repeat a list of
items that I have given to them
and then organizing it into a
meaningful table. By
communicating to the
participants I can understand
this unit better because I have
experienced it first hand.
