Instructional and Public Technology involves educators and students in new ways. Educators strive to manifest true learning in students. Instructional design is a systematic approach to evaluating student needs, designing instructional material, and evaluating how material is taught. The ADDIE model of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation is a main instructional design model used by educators. Communication is key to a healthy learning environment. Under the Texas Public Information Act, certain information about public school employees is available through public information requests.

1.)Describe the changes that you believe colleges will need to make over the next 3-7 years to adapt to the following groups in order to be effective in facilitating emotional, physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual development: Homelanders, Millenial students, and Adult learners. In the next few years colleges will need to change to the learning styles of new generations such as Homelanders, Millenial students, and adult learners. Virtual assistants, flipped classrooms and the quantified self are three of the six technological developments that will have a significant impact on higher education within the next five years. Instructors have presented information by lecture since Socrates to the benefit only of linguistic learners. If you're visual or hands-on you've been teacher disabled. Helping students learn according to their learning styles and multiple intelligence preference is finally becoming accepted as an instructional strategy. Many students naturally learn how to learn when they realize they learn better from one resource or strategy over another. For many learners, this concept is too refined or it flies in the face of the teacher authority. Young children like to learn with hands-on methods, but the system quickly moves them to learn by listening. Parents try to help by pointing to smart students and suggesting that their offspring emulate the learning strategies that work for others. Following the path set by others won't work. In fact, we all learn differently. It's a wise parent and facilitative instructor who realizes this and helps the student identify their strategies to meet it. As we work extensively in technology, we see that learners now have access to a variety of instructional strategies. In many cases, the learner selects the path to the strategy. The search for knowledge becomes the learner's intrinsic reward, rather than an extrinsic reward provided by external authority. This may make the learner more motivated because they find it easier to learn. Research in learning technologies may eventually show us that students learn more quickly and deeply so that they apply the information and solve problems. A school can be in the worst neighborhood, but a satellite dish on the roof and fast Internet access on ten classroom computers, positively impacts learning. It could be that we're saving generations of children. Many learning style models exist; my favorite is Albert Canfield's. It has a strong research base, uses clear language, reports in percentiles, and helps stude.

Abstract
Technology is a major contributor to the current improved standards and quality of education system in the United States. The introduction of technology to the learning institutions and more especially in classroom has greatly encouraged engagement and collaboration from the students which defines whether learning is taking place or not. The current generation having grown up with technology in their fingertips, its inclusion in the learning environment will have more of positive impacts than negative impacts to their academic performance and their future success in general. This paper serves to analyze the encouraging impacts of technology in the education system, its importance to both the learners and teachers and why it has to be embraced in classroom.
Impacts of Technology in the Quality of Education
Introduction
Is the incorporation of technology into the learning and teaching system improving the quality of education? From history, technology has been like a catalyst for the many changes that we are experiencing in the current world. For instance, when we think of the way the internet has unified the world into a single society, technology takes credit. In production and manufacturing industry, efficiency and productivity have been greatly improved through technology. With the many benefits of technology, it's no doubt then that our learning institutions are making use of technology even in the classroom. However, the most commonly asked question is whether the technology in the classroom helps students to learn. Well, some individuals may argue that technology is distracting students from their full learning potential, I am certain that the use of technology in our learning institutions plays a vital role for the betterment of the students’ future. As David Warlick said, “We need technology in every classroom and in every student and teacher’s hand, because it’s the pen and paper of our time, and it’s the lens through which we experience much of our world”. In this paper, I will discuss the importance of technology to the student, teacher and the education system as a whole (Al‐Zahrani, 2015).
According to the Social Constructivism Theory, learning is viewed as students’ integration into a knowledge community that involves collaborative assimilation besides accommodation of new information. Students' engagement in the classroom serves as an indication that the learning process is taking place. For the students to be effectively engaged in class activities, group work is highly encouraged for the essence of collaboration to be appreciated in the learning environment. The facilitator has to choose on an effective method that he or she can use to engage the students well bearing in mind t.

Media literacy empowers students with the ability to think critically about the online tools they use on a
daily basis. It supports informed decisions about how they access and evaluate information located online.
Media literacy aims to achieve the challenge of stimulating the desire to explore, to equalize learning, and
develop critical thinking skills. In other words, it is possible to demonstrate how media literacy can be a
fundamental strategic instrument in classrooms, now more than ever.

Overview
Mathematics is a subject that has no substitute and is compulsory in all modern schools. It teaches students to have the skills to count as well as perform both simple and technical arithmetical questions. Arithmetic is applicable in all professions thus the need for it to be compulsory in all modern schools globally (Brown, Dehoney & Millichap, 2015). Nonetheless, the main stresses associated with arithmetic is, understanding the new concepts in new topics. Many teachers are regarded as the cause of this problem as they fail to understand the concept of comprehension. Many teachers work with the assumption that if students understand the basic rules of mathematics, grasping the new technical terms and formulas can have similar results (Brown, Dehoney & Millichap, 2015). This problem is also not rectified by the regulators as they offer little to no support over the matter. It should be understood that students have different levels or varying computing powers. This means that they can easily make errors by either misreading the signs (computational error) or may misunderstand the underlying concept thus using the wrong logic. Overall, there is a common factor with this problem the inability to connect easily the theoretical features of math with reality (Brown, Dehoney & Millichap, 2015). The proposed intervention is to use digital or virtual teaching techniques to reduce these problems with the long-term aim of eliminating it. The use of computers or simulations to teach students is not new, as several schools have implemented technology in the curriculum in one mode or the other. The main advantage of this technique is that it implements the broad number of learning techniques allowing the students to familiarize themselves with one. This eliminates the limit set by teachers as they teach the course (Brown, Dehoney & Millichap, 2015).
Literature Review
Technology has evolved rapidly in the past decades; it has given way for more processing power, storage capacity and variation in sizes of devices. It has also evolved other sectors in the process such as education; many learning institutions have made the shift from the conventional learning techniques to digital. The main advantage of this shift is that majority of the students are familiar with the operation of these devices, therefore, the need of training is purged. Secondly and most important is that this form of education provides personalized learning, the rate of engagement is higher, students are exposed to competent teaching, assessment of learning is rapid and the quality is higher. As stated earlier, various students have various deficiencies when grasping specific mathem ...

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

2. Involvement of Educators and Students Learning is the maturation of an individual or a collective group with a permanence that can be displayed and demonstrated to others. Educational instruction today involves educators and students in a whole new aspect. Educators are constantly striving to manifest the true definition of learning in each of their students. In order to be most effective as an educator there is a strong need for structure and consistency.
3. Instructional design Students need to learn information to function in their educational careers with the ultimate responsibilities being in the hands of the educators. Instruction is important and can determine the amount of information a student can retain. Style and innovation makes teachers effective and learners more susceptible to the subject matter. This is where instructional design plays a major part.
4. Evaluating the information Instructional design is the systematic approach evaluating the students’ needs, the design of instructional material and evaluating the method in which the material is taught. The instructional design process is one that is on going and constantly evolving to the needs of the students and the teachers. We must constantly ask ourselves, “am I using the right resources to meet this need, can I effectively utilize this resource and is the subject matter appropriate for what the student needs to know?”
5. The ADDIE Model Instructional design consists of models and theories that have helped challenge educators today. The one main model that educators have used is the ADDIE Model. This stands for analysis, design, develop, implementation and evaluation.
6. Peers Working Together Not all students learn in the same manner so this is something educators can use to help students in the future. I would allow the students to work together because in my experience peer review and evaluation is essential. It helps students to be able to function among their peers and it helps with social skills. I have found that students can sometimes learn best from one another than from an adult. Allowing them to work among their peers will give them a sense of security and the desire to know their subject.

8. Public Information Texas Public Information Act (TPIA). It’s important to know that much of your personnel file is considered public information under this act because you’re an employee of a public school district. Found in Section 552 of the Texas Government Code, states that anyone can make a public information request of a governmental body, such as an independent school district. Submitting a written request to the school district’s public information officer is all it takes to get information. The request does not need to include special language or even mention the TPIA.
9. Public Information, cont. Public school districts are subject to this act, and school employees are directly affected by this act in three ways. First, certain information about public employees is available to any person who requests it. Second, much of the information created by school employees may be available for public inspection. Third, school employees have a right to obtain most documents related to their employment or district practices. As the state says, the citizens of Texas "do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know." Full and complete information is the rule, rather than the exception.
10. Teaching Technology Responsible All teachers, parents and concerned citizens should teach one another the importance of being responsible while using technology and the availability of personal/private information that becomes public information. Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyDh6Szi-iM
